No mystery call-out pricing. These are the standard Hawes & Son rates unless a different rate has been agreed in writing for your account or job.

All rates below are exclusive of VAT.
Standard Labour
Normal working hours up to 5:00pm.
Out of Hours Labour
Applies after 5:00pm.
Sunday Labour
Applies to Sunday work.
Travel
Charged there and back. Travel time to the customer/site and the return journey are both chargeable, in addition to labour, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Diagnostic Plug-In
Charged in addition to applicable labour and travel.
New customers
Before work is booked, new customers must complete the Hawes & Son account setup and accept the Terms & Conditions. Parts must be paid for before ordering unless agreed otherwise.
Genuine Bobcat or aftermarket.
We can provide competitive pricing on genuine Bobcat parts and quality aftermarket alternatives where suitable, allowing you to compare the options before ordering.
How charges are applied.
Parts & Materials
Parts, oils, fluids, consumables and materials are charged separately unless specifically included in a fixed-price quotation. Competitive genuine Bobcat and aftermarket pricing is available on request.
Diagnostics
Diagnostic time is chargeable. A fault may require testing beyond the initial plug-in or fault-code read.
Travel & Attendance
Travel is charged there and back: the journey to site and the return journey are chargeable at the published or agreed travel rate. Travel and labour are separate charges where applicable. Aborted attendance or access delays may remain chargeable under the Terms & Conditions.
